Job summary

Thinkpivot Talent Solutions in Mississauga is seeking an Aerospace Program Manager to lead complex programs from concept to delivery. You will bridge engineering, manufacturing, and client relations to ensure on-time, on-budget results and compliance with aerospace standards.

Experience with precision machining clients or aerospace clients is required, and you will interact with airlines, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to align expectations and drive success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians and supply chain personnel.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules using standard project management tools.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100, APQP) and quality assurance.
• Strong client relation skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client reviews on a scheduled basis (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Direct cross-functional teams to meet technical objectives and timelines.
• Control project costs using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain quality and compliance with aerospace standards.
• Serve as primary interface with key stakeholders, including clients and agencies.
