Job summary

A leading aerospace systems firm in Montreal is seeking a Project Manager to ensure successful execution of aerospace projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage financial aspects, conduct risk analysis, and uphold quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the aeronautics or defense industries. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Involvement in a structured PMO organization.
• Experience in the aeronautics, defence, and/or Embedded software industries.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in complex projects.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exemplary service.
• Manage project P&L and cash flow, ensuring budget adherence.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to the executive team.
• Oversee procurement activities within the defined budgetary framework.
• Enhance team performance through coaching and mentoring.
