Job summary

AAA Canada in Mirabel (QC) is hiring an Industrial Leader to manage the full lifecycle of supplier aeronautical products. You will represent Manufacturing Engineering in Procurement teams, provide technical expertise, and support supplier capability studies.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in aerospace manufacturing, a degree in industrial, mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering, and APQP/Lean/Six Sigma experience. Knowledge of PPAP, FAI, AS9100, and SAP/PLM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering.
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (important asset).
Training or certification in APQP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or supplier management (asset).

Responsibilities

Represent Manufacturing Engineering within Procurement multifunctional teams (MFT).
Provide technical expertise and support for supplier selection and capability studies.
Monitor and support suppliers on new industrialisations and transfers of work (APQP).
Ensure application of FU.IN.06 processes and reference documents by operations teams.
Minimize industrial risks and eradicate non-conformances and concessions.
