Job summary

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel, QC, is seeking a Senior Industrial Leader - Major Components Securitization for the A220 program. You will lead industrialization, supplier performance, and production ramp-up with internal aerostructure suppliers.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing/industrialization, 5+ years in aerostructures, and proven project/supplier management experience; you will work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• More than 10 years in industrial/manufacturing and tooling quality.
• At least 5 years in aerostructures.
• Proven experience in project management and/or supplier management.
• Fluent in French and English (negotiation level).
• Strong coordination, persuasion and influence.
• Excellent interpersonal and relational skills.
• Autonomous in an international team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer of work, ramp-up, and supplier performance for major components.
• Develop internal supplier industrial capacity with continuous improvement.
• Represent the industrial voice within Aerostructure Multifunctional Teams.
• Address supplier non-conformities and quality issues.
• Serve as main industrial interface between A220 functions and internal suppliers.
• Provide technical expertise in industrial systems design and evaluation.
• Monitor critical development activities and tooling oversight.
• Support problem-solving on critical purchased components.
• Assess ramp-up capacity and readiness for the A220 family.
• Manage work transfer projects involving design changes.
