Job summary

Kingston's Finest Marketing Group in Southeastern Ontario is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our advertiser base across the region. You will connect local businesses with our direct mail, magazine, and postcard campaigns, turning interest into customers and managing ongoing relationships.

The role emphasizes field-based relationship building with a base salary plus uncapped commission, supported by an established brand and local team.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in advertising, media, print, or B2B is an asset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business across southeastern Ontario.
Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and marketing decision-makers.
Understand client goals and recommend direct mail, magazine, and postcard solutions.
Prepare quotes and proposals and close sales.
Manage accounts and encourage repeat and renewal business.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure campaign delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
