The position pays $23.00–$26.30 hourly and supports the advertising team by triaging requests, managing the ticket queue, and ensuring smooth handoffs between clients, strategists, and operations.

You will coordinate with design and OEM compliance, handle asset requests, and apply minor campaign changes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an agency or fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zoho/Jira) and project management.
• Basic advertising knowledge: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, GA4.

Responsibilities

• Ticket management & client liaison: triage requests, manage turnaround times, translate needs into briefs.
• Advertising operations support: execute small campaign tasks and update tickets for high-volume fulfillment.
• Creative coordination & OEM compliance: liaise with design, manage asset requests, ensure OEM/compliance checks.
