WildPlay is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join their team in Niagara Falls. This seasonal position is crucial as the welcoming face of the parks, responsible for managing guest experiences from reservations to interactions during visits.
The ideal candidate should exhibit a positive attitude, outstanding communication skills, and a readiness to take initiative in a dynamic environment. Training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Flexible scheduling includes both full-time and part-time shifts during the peak season of June to September.

Guest Service Agents fall under the Guest Service Department. They report to the Guest Service Team Leads, and Park Management.
This is classified as a seasonal position. Our peak season typically runs from June to September depending on the weather and the needs of the business. Specific employee contracts are flexible and adaptable to individual availability.
Guest Service Agents work a flexible schedule of full-time and part-time employment. This includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays, at times.
