Role Overview

This is a hybrid position requiring weekly work from a Wolters Kluwer office in Canada or the U.S.

Wolters Kluwer Corporate Performance & ESG provides tools and guidance to enhance financial performance, meet regulatory standards, and manage ESG risks. Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, leads in Sustainability, EHS&S, and Operational Risk Management Software. As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative / BDR for Enablon, you will manage complex sales activities, resolve customer issues, and support sales processes. You will report to the Associate Director, Inside Sales – Corporate Performance & ESG Enablon.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic sales initiatives and projects
  • Handle complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Identify potential customers within a territory / vertical
  • Qualify and prioritize sales leads
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities through prospecting
  • Maintain high activity levels via calls and emails to propose Enablon solutions
  • Engage with top EHS and Sustainability Executives
  • Assess customer needs and recommend relevant solutions
  • Create new sales opportunities with timely product / technical information
  • Accurately maintain Salesforce CRM with pipeline and activity data
  • Analyze and report on sales activities and trends
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate with Presales, Product Development, Services, management, and partners

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related; or high school diploma + 2+ years relevant experience.

Experience : 1+ years in sales / business development or inside / virtual sales; 6+ months in software / SaaS or similar digital products; proven success in sales roles; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Preferred : Prior experience with Enterprise Software / SaaS sales, especially in EHS / Sustainability, ESG, or GRC solutions.

Compensation

Target salary range in specified U.S. and Canadian states : $52,800 - $72,600. Role is eligible for commissions.
