Must have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end customer journeys including triggers, audiences and channel execution.
Validate data readiness, segmentation, personalization and decisioning rules.
Perform QA, troubleshooting, and release readiness for journeys.
Configure tracking and experiments to measure journey performance.
Monitor live journeys and improve build and data quality.
