Job summary

Level Agency is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to own end-to-end CRM builds and deployment in Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard) and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will translate briefs into working journeys, configure audiences, and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push.

The role requires strong lifecycle marketing experience, ability to diagnose and fix existing instances, and clear communication with clients. This is a fully remote position across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Experience Platform.
• End-to-end CRM work experience with minimal oversight.
• Ability to diagnose and repair existing instances and configurations.
• Strong lifecycle marketing understanding and ability to explain journey design choices.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own the build, QA, and deployment of email campaigns in Adobe Campaign and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer end to end.
• Translate briefs and journey maps into working builds and raise questions when incomplete.
• Configure audience targeting, personalization, and dynamic content to improve relevance.
• Manage the send calendar, including scheduling and compliance checks.
• Configure and maintain multi-step, multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push).
• Run journey QA on logic, timing, and audience entry/exit conditions.
• Audit campaigns and data schemas, diagnose issues, fix without disrupting live sends.
• Recommend improvements to journey logic and program performance.
• Communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders, detailing risks and trade-offs.
• Document builds and fixes for a clean handoff trail.
