Job summary

Sports Experts (a banner of FGL Sports Ltd.) in Laval, QC, is seeking a CRM and Email Operations Specialist to execute CRM communications and customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will collaborate with the CRM Lead, content and corporate CRM teams to build, test and deploy email campaigns with brand-aligned execution.

Required 2–3 years in email production and CRM, strong HTML/CSS skills, and a data-driven mindset to improve segmentation, QA, and deliverability in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• College or University degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, multimedia integration, information technology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in email production, digital marketing, CRM, HTML integration or marketing operations.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and email best practices; experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and deploy daily email campaigns and CRM communications in Adobe Journey Optimizer for the Sports Experts, Atmosphere and Trio Hockey banners.
• Develop, maintain and evolve responsive HTML emails, templates and reusable components.
• Adapt mock-ups and content into functional emails aligned with brand standards and optimized for different platforms.
• Configure audiences, segments, personalization rules and deployment settings in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Perform QA, testing, personalization and segmentation; resolve display or configuration issues.
• Create and maintain acquisition or data collection forms when required.
• Support performance tracking by analyzing results and sharing optimization insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align practices and ensure governance and deliverability standards.
