Job summary

NIWE Academy, based in downtown Calgary, is hiring a Sales Advisor to join its admissions team. You will speak with prospective students considering beauty and wellness careers, guiding them through enrolment and closing the sale while maintaining a high-volume, target-driven workflow.

This role involves rapid inbound contact, campus tour coordination, CRM follow-ups, and building relationships to support students from enquiry to first day, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive training

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence asking for the sale and closing opportunities.
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Experience managing leads or customers through a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective students considering beauty and wellness careers.
• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries by phone, text and email.
• Book, confirm and deliver campus tours.
• Explain programmes clearly and confidently to prospects.
• Close enrolments and support students from enquiry to first day.
• Manage pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets.
