Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking Admissions Representatives to support our Ontario campus. You will respond to inquiries, conduct admissions interviews, and guide prospects from initial interest to enrollment.

In this role, you’ll make outbound calls, manage student interactions in Nexus/CampusVue, and coordinate documentation. A minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales with strong presentation skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM or student information systems (Nexus/CampusVue a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily calls to assess interest and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting programs and outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and collect admissions documents.
• Document all student contacts in Nexus/CampusVue.

• Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.


• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).


• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.


• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.


• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.


• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.


• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience


• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors

• Bachelor’s degree preferred


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook


• Regular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this position


• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
