Softchoice, a World Wide Technology (WWT) company, is seeking a Strategic Resourcing Project Administrator to support onboarding IT consultants for engagements across North America. You’ll help align the right professionals for engagements and ensure a smooth process for both client and contractor timelines.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of service delivery concepts, experience with timecard and invoicing systems, and strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of service delivery concepts, processes and procedures.
• Experience with timecard, invoicing, or project financial systems is an asset.
• Basic IT terminology understanding.
• Excellent listening and written/oral communication.
• Self-starter with detail orientation and good organization.
• Post-secondary degree required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, route for signature and maintain executed Legal Resource agreements and PCRs.
• Manage engagement setup and closure in FinancialForce (Certinia).
• Review and approve timecards across systems, resolving discrepancies.
• Manage engagements escalations and route to appropriate team.
• Track SOW documents to ensure sign-off and execution.
• Act as client invoicing contact, coordinate with Billing and AR.
• Run and consolidate timecard hours and budget reports for clients and leadership.

The Impact You Will Have
As part of the Softchoice Strategic Resourcing team is looking for an administrator to support the onboarding of successful IT consultants for engagements with Softchoice customers across North America.
The Strategic Resourcing Project Administrator will be an integral part in lining up the right professional for the engagement and ensuring a smooth process occurs for both parties.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, route for signature, and maintain fully executed Legal Resource agreements, contract extensions, and Project Change Requests (PCRs)
• Manage engagement setup and closure in FinancialForce (Certinia), including project details, milestones, and financial closure for contract, partner, and internal bench resources
• Review and approve contractor, partner, and internal bench resource timecards across Softchoice and partner timecard systems, resolving discrepancies before processing
• Manage escalations on active engagements, resolving issues directly or routing them to the appropriate team
• Track Scope of Work (SOW) documents in process to ensure proper sign-off and execution
• Act as point of contact for client invoicing enquiries, partnering with the Billing Analyst and AR team to resolve issues
• Run and consolidate timecard, hours, and budget reports for clients and leadership as required
  

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Working knowledge of service delivery concepts, processes, and procedures.
• Experience working with timecard, invoicing, or project financial systems (e.g., FinancialForce/Certinia) is an asset
• Basic understanding of IT terminology and types in roles
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter, motivated with a keen eye for detail
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritze
• Post-secondary degree
  

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Canada is $54,000 to $68,000, annually.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
