Job summary

Alberta Precision Labs is hiring an Administrative Support II in Medicine Hat for a regular part-time role. You will greet and triage patients, enter test orders into the Laboratory Information System, and perform general administrative duties while upholding privacy and safety standards.

The 0.70 FTE position operates in a fast-paced environment with rotating day/evening/weekend shifts. Minimum Grade 12; post-secondary education preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience in data entry preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills recommended.

Responsibilities

• Greet and triage patients in the Patient Service Centre.
• Enter test orders into the Laboratory Information System.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Ensure privacy and safety of patients and staff.
