Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL) is hiring an Administrative Support II to greet and triage patients, register them from requisitions into our Wait Time system, and perform general administrative tasks with precision.
You will adhere to privacy and safety policies, work as part of a team at Heritage Square PSC with 1.00 FTE, and operate on a days/evenings/weekends shift pattern. Posting closes 03-SEP-2026; salary ranges from $22.60 to $27.47 per hour.

As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
1-year of customer service experience
Relevant post-secondary education (E.g. Medical Office Assistant certificate).Medical Terminology and courses or training in customer service and or data entry.Experience with Microsoft Office
