Cherubini Bridges and Structures, a member of the Cherubini Group of Companies, is seeking an Administrative Support to join our Dartmouth, NS office. You will manage front-desk activities, greet visitors, and provide essential administrative support to Health & Safety Culture and People & Culture teams.

The role emphasizes reliability, clear communication, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep daily operations organized and compliant.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across Health & Safety Culture, People & Culture, and the broader organization as required
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately as necessary
  • Greet and welcome customers, clients and guests as they arrive at the office
  • Receive, verify, and sort incoming deliveries, ensuring that packing slips are provided to Purchasing
  • Maintain facility security by following safety procedures and controlling gate access via the reception desk
  • Record absences and enter into time tracking system
  • Coordinate lockers and personal protective equipment for new hires
  • Manage boardroom schedules and meeting space coordination
  • Provide employee letters and general administrative documentation support
  • Maintain employee files within Payworks
  • Record and communicate absences, logging to attendance tracking system
  • Assist with filing and organization of training records, licenses, and certifications
  • Support the SOC program, including entering cards into the system
  • Log and file safety incidents within internal databases
