Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative experience in professional services or accounting (preferred).
• Ability to anticipate needs and bring order to complexity.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to managers with client files—request records, prepare invoices, coordinate year-end packages and follow ups with clients.
• Manage day-to-day admin tasks—handle mail, input new clients, compile reports and prepare expense submissions.
• Provide general admin support and coverage for other Admin Specialists.

What you’ll bring to the team

• 5+ years of administrative experience (ideally in a public accounting firm or professional services environment).
• A solutions focused mindset – you can take direction, anticipate needs and bring order to complexity.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Sharp attention to detail and a knack for keeping multiple deadlines on track.
• Professionalism, initiative, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver tailored support by understanding the unique needs of each team member and client.
• A communication style that is clear, precise, and professional – building trust, ensuring accuracy, and representing the firm in a positive manner.
