Overview
The successful candidate will work at the physical location, with no option for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Evaluate department operations providing administrative services
- Manage department operations providing single or multiple administrative services
- Collect and record administrative and service fees
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Google Drive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accurate, flexible, organized, team player, with strong values and ethics, time management, initiative, and creativity
