Overview

The successful candidate will work at the physical location, with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services

  • Manage department operations providing single or multiple administrative services
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Google Drive
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Accurate, flexible, organized, team player, with strong values and ethics, time management, initiative, and creativity
