SCC is seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator to support the Vice President, Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer and the HR team. The HR Administrative Coordinator supports the delivery of SCC’s workforce services by providing administrative coordination and support. The role contributes to the provision of core HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance management, health and safety, wellbeing, and employee records management. Working closely with HR colleagues and SCC staff, the HR Administrative Coordinator ensures timely and confidential handling of information and assists with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects. The position applies broad knowledge of HR processes and practical judgment to enable efficient service delivery and compliance management.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
