The CNSC is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the Employee Experience function. You will deliver strategic campaigns, develop communications for engagement and onboarding, and provide guidance on change management.

Reporting to a Team Leader within the Human Resources Directorate, you will provide expert advice, guidance, and delivery of HR programs and services with a focus on building an inclusive Employee Experience.
Education:
University degree in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology or other specialty relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of relevant education, experience and job knowledge
