Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist, Labour Relations to join the People and Culture Team on a 12-month contract. This hybrid role supports employees and leaders across CMHC's locations in Ottawa, Calgary, Halifax, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

Join the People and Culture Team, in the Bilingual HR Specialist, Labour Relations position. In this role, you will provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to employees, people leaders and HR Business Partners to resolve human relations and work-related situations. You will plan, develop, implement and advise on Employee Relations policies, programs and services, as well as ensure compliance with CMHC's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. You will also promote and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees and a productive work environment, consistent with CMHC values.
This is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months.
