This position serves as the primary contact for external clients' outsourced group benefits administration services. The role involves managing ongoing administration for AdminPlus clients, developing communication strategies, documenting processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and successful client onboarding.
The Administrative Consultant supports plan sponsors and members through education, support, and process management during various life cycle events and enrollment periods. Responsibilities include project management, inquiry resolution, support provision, and process improvement.
