Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of Treasury engagements through practical application of treasury skills.
• Supervise and mentor staff, serving as the point of contact for Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.

• Take ownership of high-quality work across various Treasury projects, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and more.
• Provide supervision and mentorship, and serve as the main client contact.
• Maintain a strong client focus, responsiveness, and develop productive relationships.
• Participate in client meetings and interviews.
• Assist in developing client deliverables and engagement documentation.
• Support proposal development and business development efforts.
• Demonstrate professionalism in client environments.
• Collaborate with team leaders to mitigate project risks.
• Understand industry trends and key performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain internal and external networks.
• Work with other service lines for integrated service delivery.
• Seek opportunities to present EY’s services to clients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and client service skills.
• Experience with treasury organizational structure, risk management, cash management, treasury technology, and related areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Certified Treasury Professional qualification.
• Experience with complex projects and system implementations, especially with FIS Quantum or Integrity.
