Ottawa Catholic School Board is hiring an Administrative Assistant in the Special Education & Student Services department. This is a permanent, full-time 12-month position with a salary range of $52,497–$56,372.
Effective date is approximately September 14, 2026, and a Vulnerable Sector Check is required for non-OCSB employees. The role involves supporting a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining records, assisting with reports and events, and performing related duties as assigned by the
C.U.P.E. 2357 (12 month, Level 3)
