The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is seeking a creative, dynamic Client Services Centre Support Assistant to join our information technology team at the OCDSB Administration Building.
Under the direction of the Team Lead, Client Services, you will support board personnel by responding to IT requests, maintaining ticket workflows, installing software and hardware, and assisting with laptops, tablets, smartphones, Chromebooks, and desktops.

Position Status: 1.0 Term Assignment to December 31, 2026
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Affiliation: OSSTF District 25 - Educational Support Professionals (ESP)
Salary range: $49,556 to $61,287 (Level 5)
Under the direction of the Team Lead, Client Services, the Client Services Assistant develops and maintains a working knowledge of supported computer applications and operating systems; responds to requests for information technology support, provides support on information technology to all Board Personnel; facilitates the effective usage of the Client Services ticket system; and provides other support functions such as installation of software, networking, laptop, tablets, smartphones, Chromebook and desktop workstation setups.
