We’re a full-service commercial maintenance company seeking a Administrative Assistant/Operations Support to deliver projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, recreational, entertainment, retail, commercial office, mixed-use, and light industrial sectors. You will coordinate reports, documents, meetings, and internal communications to ensure efficient project and team operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Project Team.
  • Prepare reports, emails, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate team events.
  • Support project teams with document tracking and equipment orders.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including desk setup, IT coordination, and welcome materials.
  • Manage mail, office supplies, and courier shipments.
  • Handle purchase orders, travel bookings, and expense reports.
  • Maintain office organization and serve as the first point of contact.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience; experience in construction or maintenance industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
