A leading healthcare organization in Toronto is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide complex administrative support. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, and liaising with external parties. Position Summary:Working under the direction of a collaborative center Co-Lead the Administrative Coordinator exercises judgment and independence to provide complex administrative support services to scientists, staff and trainees. The successful applicant will also work closely with other administrative staff and UHN Research Solutions and Services Departments to resolve issues, as well as liaise with external parties such as the University of Toronto to complete other tasks as assigned.
