Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Provide clerical support to the administrative team and office.
  2. Process, pick up, and drop off documents.
  3. Organize, maintain, pull, and re-sort files and conduct electronic filing.
  4. Maintain and sort incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail.
  5. Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and printing reports.
  6. Prepare and process routine documents and/or reports.
  7. Ensure the filing room is clean and organized.
  8. Maintain overall cleanliness of breakroom.
  9. Assist at reception, as necessary.
  10. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary.
  11. Occasional travel to and from local banks, post office, or government offices.
Skills And Experience
  1. Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Ability to speak French and English (written and oral).
