Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including the preparation of client invoices and deliverables, such as tax reports and the administration of mailings.
  • Greet visitors at the office reception.
  • Review, edit, and prepare templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and other detailed correspondence. Conduct research, compile data, and present summaries.
  • Ensure the deposit of client payments.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including updates to the internal operating system.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and team social activities.
  • Participate in the development of new ideas and methods to improve work procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Skills and Experience
  • Bilingual in French and English, required.
  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates professional customer service.
  • Collaborative attitude toward colleagues and managers.
