The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Geoanalytical Laboratories by providing day-to-day administrative and operational support for sample receiving, data management, and client services.
This role coordinates the intake and tracking of client samples, maintains accurate records within LIMS, prepares laboratory documentation, and supports communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Geoanalytical Laboratories by providing day-to-day administrative and operational support for sample receiving, data management, and client services. This role is responsible for coordinating the intake and tracking of client samples, maintaining accurate records within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), preparing laboratory documentation, and supporting communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Through a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and customer service, the Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient delivery of laboratory services while following established quality, safety, and administrative procedures.
The chosen candidate will also be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
This position is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
