Job details

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay calls/messages, answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, greet visitors and direct them appropriately, set up and maintain filing systems, provide customer service, consult with clients post-sale, carry out administrative activities, oversee office procedures, contact potential customers, establish work priorities, assist with budget preparation, order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office, electronic mail.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail, and with minimal supervision.

Personal suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, client-focused, good time management.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
