As our coaching and consulting division grows, we’re looking to bring on a full-time Consulting & Admin Assistant to take charge of inbound leads, client communication, booking systems, and internal coordination.

Hiring: Full-Time Admin Assistant

Location: Mississauga | In Office | Full-Time | Start Date: June 1, 2025

Compensation: $18/H 40 Hour / Week | Opportunity for Long-Term Growth

As our coaching and consulting division grows, we’re looking to bring on a full-time Consulting & Admin Assistant to take charge of inbound leads, client communication, booking systems, and internal coordination.

Your Role

Admin Support (60%)

  • Respond to DMs and inbound leads across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify and book consultation calls via Calendly or Google Calendar
  • Follow up with leads, send reminders, and assist with client onboarding
  • Keep systems organized: tracking calls, action items, and client notes
  • Support with basic reporting and client file management

Brand & Social Support (25%)

  • Schedule and manage content calendars
  • Help with engagement replies and lead generation via social
  • Support community-building for our digital programs

Internal Ops & Communication (15%)

  • Help manage internal meetings, task lists, and call follow-ups
  • Join weekly calls to take notes and flag follow-up actions
  • Assist with planning launches, digital assets, and client resources
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year experience in an admin, assistant, or client support role
  • Strong written communication skills (you’ll be DMing and emailing daily)
  • Comfortable managing leads, scheduling calls, and supporting a growing team
