Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling incoming communications, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with data entry and document preparation. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to managers and staff
  2. Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  3. Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  4. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  5. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  6. Coordinate meetings, including logistics and minutes
  7. Assist with office supply management and general clerical duties
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications preferred)
