Summary Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant provides essential operational, administrative, and governance support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of YFNCT.
This role supports board coordination, records management, organizational filing systems, and YFNCT asset clean-up and organization, while also assisting with communications, scheduling, and general office administration.
This is a pivotal moment for YFNCT as we enter a new 2026-2030 strategic phase focused on strengthening Indigenous tourism, expanding partnerships, and elevating Yukon First Nations stories across the territory and beyond. The Administrative Assistant will play an important role by keeping the office organized and running smoothly to support this work
¾ time (approximately 28-30 hours/week).

Salary range: $27.25 - $33.25/hour, commensurate with experience.
