Kativik llisarniliriniq is seeking an Administration Technician to support School Operations. Reporting to the Administrative Assistant, you will assist with managing human and financial resources, developing standards, and supporting department operations.
35 hours per week, based in an office setting. The role involves travel as needed and salary in the 27.75 to 37.04 CAD/hour range, with benefits prorated by task percentage.
Reporting to the Administrative Assistant, School Operations, the Administration Technician is responsible for performing various technical tasks related to the management of human and financial resources and development and implementation of standards and activities related to the department’s operations. As part of their duties, the Administration Technician assists managerial personnel.
College diploma (DEC) in administration or other diploma or attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the school board.
The School Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualifications if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.
35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
In accordance with the AENQ collective agreement for support staff, this position belongs to job category 4211: from $27.75 to $37.04 an hour depending on qualification and experience. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
