SAIT in Calgary invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to deliver Standard First Aid training at Calgary Correctional Centre. The role is on-site, with courses scheduled Monday to Friday, approx 10 courses annually, start Nov 2026 to Aug 2027.

Applicants should hold Standard First Aid Instructor certification and H2S Alive Instructor, and pass Police Information Check. Position ends Aug 31, 2027; posting open until filled.

The Opportunity:

SAIT has partnered with the Solicitor General and Alberta Advanced Education to deliver Standard First Aid Training at Calgary Correctional Centre (CCC). This instructional opportunity to scheduled to deliver in-person training on site at CCC.

The tentative start date is November 2026 to August 2027

Programing will run Monday to Friday (with the exception of Statutory holidays), max 6 hours per day.

Approximately 10 courses per year

The ideal candidate would be certified as a Standard First Aid Instructor and H2S Alive Instructor.

Police Information Check is required as part of the onboarding process
