Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks an Actuary based in Canada to drive pricing strategy, risk assessment, and portfolio performance. You will analyze data, monitor loss ratios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative insurance solutions.

You will develop pricing models, underwriting guidelines, and actuarial assumptions; conduct regular reviews; build dashboards; and present findings to insurers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
• Associate or Fellow actuarial qualification.
• 5+ years P&C or non-life actuarial experience.
• Strong pricing, risk, and loss ratio analysis knowledge.
• SQL and Excel proficiency; R/Python desirable.

• Develop pricing recommendations and support portfolio optimization.
• Contribute to pricing models, underwriting guidelines, and assumptions.
• Monitor loss ratios and product performance across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Data teams to build pricing analytics.
• Create dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
• Work with partnerships and cross-functional teams to improve profitability.
• Identify process improvements in pricing, modelling, and reporting.
• Communicate complex actuarial results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
