The ideal candidate has 5+ years of actuarial experience, FSA/FCIA credentials, and strong skills in pricing, modelling, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field.
• FSA/FCIA credentials required.
• 5+ years actuarial experience, preferably in Group Insurance.
• Strong pricing, underwriting, modelling and risk mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Develop actuarial models, playbooks and decision-support frameworks.
• Lead design and evolution of actuarial/underwriting tools for pricing and growth.
• Partner with Underwriting, Distribution, Compliance and leaders on priorities.
• Build frameworks to assess risks and opportunities for pricing strategies.
• Provide insights through scenario analysis and profitability assessments.
• Oversee advisor compliance within Group Insurance and related controls.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects aligning with the roadmap.
