Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Completion and maintenance of Food Handlers Course.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point Click Care.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Nursing Home Activities & Long Term Care Standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
