Job summary

SECURE is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage full AR duties in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Calgary. You will entry payments, reconcile unapplied cash, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain accurate customer ledgers while supporting process improvements.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of GL/accounting experience, strong communication skills and proficiency with D365, Excel and Word. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Timely Entry of all customer Cheque and EFT payments.
• Manage the unapplied payment report to ensure that all amounts are applied correctly to customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Ensuring that all monthly posting of Journals is completed in a timely manner which assists in the Bank reconciliation on all AR amounts.
• Assisting with new customer conversions and account maintenance.
• Assist in reconciliation of any unapplied cash aging on accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for all customer payment inquiries.
• Assist with the creation on manual ad hoc invoices.
• Assist with changes in customer requirements.
• Play an active role in supporting and growing the Accounts Receivable Procedure.
