Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare billing with accuracy.
• Prepare invoices timely and ensure correct pricing, GST, and item details.
• Maintain customer accounts and payment terms; set up new customers and update records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage overdue accounts.
• Process credit checks and take customer payments (credit cards).
• Generate and mail account statements; reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of QMS, HSE, and ERP systems.
• Work within a fast-paced office environment with standard hours.
