The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for accurate and on-time collection of payments, invoicing, credits, and payments processing while ensuring SOPs are current. Key duties include daily banking, cash application, accounts maintenance, rebates, intercompany invoicing, and AR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level accounting or finance education; professional experience considered.
• 10+ years in Accounts Receivable, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices, credits and payments; manage customer master data.
• Perform daily banking, cash receipts, and journal entries.
• Run AR reporting and reconciliations; coordinate intercompany invoicing.
• Assist with taxes (HST) and SOP compliance.
• Support audits and back-ups in finance functions.
