Job summary

Jagger is seeking an AR leader to scale a rapidly growing SaaS portfolio in Canada. You’ll head a team of 6 across AR, billing, collections and cash application, owning multi-entity receivables in CAD/USD and onboarding acquisitions onto a standard AR playbook.

In an AI-first environment you’ll drive DSO down, build actionable reporting and automate processes end-to-end. This role fits professionals with a track record in SaaS billing and ERP systems, ready to lead in a fast-growing software

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AR or order-to-cash with 2+ years leading a team.
• Multi-entity portfolio experience (holdco/PE-backed or serial acquirer a big plus).
• B2B software or SaaS billing experience.
• NetSuite or similar ERP proficiency.

Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed software holding company that acquires and scales vertical software businesses across Canada and the U.S. They’re adding a new company to the portfolio every few weeks, and they need an AR leader who can keep cash flowing while the portfolio grows.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of 6 across AR, billing, collections and cash application
• Own receivables across a multi-entity, CAD/USD portfolio
• Onboard newly acquired businesses onto a standard AR playbook
• Drive DSO down and build reporting leadership actually uses
• Automate everything you can (they’re AI-first, so you’ll have the tools)

What you bring

• 7+ years in AR or order-to-cash, with 2+ years managing a team
• Multi-entity experience (holdco, PE-backed or serial acquirer is a big plus)
• B2B software or SaaS billing experience
• NetSuite or similar ERP chops
