Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Business Administrative program.
• Previous experience in a similar A/R role is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoice filing and processing tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to the A/R team.
• Email customers to follow up on invoice payments.
• Prepare shipment release approvals.
• Research company financials as needed.
• Apply payments in the internal billing system.
• Prepare pro-forma and specialized invoices.
• Perform other duties as required.
