As the Accounts Receivable Clerk , you will manage and optimize the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and fostering positive relationships with clients, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

What you'll do :

  • Primary focus on Canadian accounts receivable processing and supporting transfers and claims, cash applications, collection communication with customers, executing month-end tasks and reconciliations.
  • Assist with annual financial statement audits.
  • Resolve emails received in the AR inbox.
  • Support customer invoicing and weekly Canadian EFT draws from customers.
  • Routinely evaluate existing processes to identify efficiencies and make recommendations to senior team members.

What you have :

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in accounts receivable.
  • Attention to detail is paramount.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Operate as an owner, seeing issues and opportunities through to resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
