Who we are looking for:
Responsibilities
Accurately record daily cash and ensure all transactions are reconciled with the bank.
Process customer refunds and cancellations with precision and efficiency, adhering to established procedures.
Investigate and resolve financial batch discrepancies arising from various payment channels and integrated financial systems.
Efficiently manage and respond to all internal and external inquiries received through shared mailboxes and the ticketing system, adhering to established service level criteria.
Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of processes, including working collaboratively with technical teams to test, implement and communicate process solutions to the team and other relevant stakeholders.
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations and support the month-end-close process.
Expertly research and apply cash to open invoices.
Work directly with internal and external customers on invoicing issues and disputes.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and relevant financial trends to provide insightful data.
Undertake other duties and contribute to special projects as assigned to support the broader finance team objectives.
Drive daily collections with external customers, follow up on collection status, and monitor days' sales outstandingto ensure compliance with the bad debt policy; make suggestions to the bad debt policy to reflect current practices and trends.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, information technology or related fields or equivalent years of experience
4 years' experience managing revenue operations
Demonstrated experience driving process improvement within sales cycle management
Preferred Education and Experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
Experience and technical expertise with financial management systems, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP.
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management/collaboration tools.

Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives.
Self-motivated and dependable individual with a strong dedication to achieving accurate and timely results.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
ADA/Physical Requirements
Extended periods seated or standing at a desk.
High use of computer and other office technology equipment.
Travel
Travel required up to 30 days a year
