What You Will Do:

Reporting to an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the successful candidate will be part of our Accounts Receivable team. The role involves varied assignments requiring technical skills and adaptability. Primary responsibilities include:

• Making daily collection calls to customers
• Achieving monthly Daily Sales Outstanding targets
• Fulfilling internal and external customer requests
• Following up on discrepancies and resolving account issues promptly
• Reconciling payments received daily
• Liaising with sales to resolve discrepancies and provide adjustments
• Reviewing and recommending process improvements for collections efficiency
• Conducting credit note and account investigations
• Supporting team members and performing other collection duties and ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of collections experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Experience in creating clear and focused communications
• Experience in the Publishing, Digital, or Media industry is an asset
