Intelcom | Dragonfly in Montreal is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments. You will ensure policy compliance and drive timely payments while supporting month-end close and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounts payable experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, expense management, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support the accounts payable team in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Review and approve payment batches and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP.
• Train and mentor AP staff to foster accuracy and accountability.
• Support system upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements.
• Ensure timely review and reimbursement of expense reports per policy.
