Job summary

BrightPath Kids USA is hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely payment of invoices and strong controls. You will guide the AP team, oversee the full cycle, and drive accuracy and efficiency across processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AP, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and experience with Oracle NetSuite. This hybrid, full-time role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full cycle AP and credit card compliance of 100 or more accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience working with Oracle NetSuite is an asset.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• 1-2 years of prior AP Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the AP team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage AP aging and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Manage and optimize approval flows to ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Maintain and update approval matrices and system configurations as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for AP-related escalations.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues involving vendors, internal stakeholders, or system discrepancies.
• Ensure prompt resolution of invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare and review AP reports, metrics, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
